To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><div class=\"mt-8 text-lg sm:text-lg text-gray-500 sm:mt-4 md:max-w-4xl mr-auto\"><div class=\"mt-4 list-disc list-inside\"><div class=\"mt-6\"><p class=\"mt-2\">\u00a0<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Spa Environment<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">For the considerations of you and other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellphones and speak softly within the spa.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">During Your Session<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">Please let us know about the room temperature, the music volume, the massage pressure, etc. We can adjust to make sure you have a most relaxing experience.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Jewelries\/Valuables<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">Please remove your jewelries and leave your valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Dressing\/Undressing<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">Please wear comfortable clothes. We\u2019d ask you to undress at your comfort level before the session starts. Ropes and slippers are provided when using the sauna or shower.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Session Times<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">Please remember that your session time includes undressing and redressing as well as professional consultation and recommendation from your therapist.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Arrival<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time. If you happen to be running late, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, the full amount will be charged, and the full session time is not guaranteed.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Cancellations<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">To cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $40 flat fee.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Packages<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">Package sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. You may share your package sessions.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"mt-6\"><h5 class=\"text-xl tracking-tight font-normal text-primary-500 sm:text-xl\">Payment<\/h5><p class=\"mt-2\">We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
